[music in background] Hi. My name is Andrew Glenn. I am an oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Lincoln, Nebraska. I opened my office in 2005. We do surgery that general dentists don't wish to perform in their own offices. This includes surgical removal of teeth, including wisdom teeth. We perform corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma, and oral maxillofacial pathology. Most of our patients are new. This is different from the traditional dentist office in that we are a referral based practice, and the vast majority of patients that walk through our doors come here one time. They should expect prompt and courteous service and a highly trained and professional staff. We don't have a mission statement per se. It is rather to be of service to our patients. And we execute that with having a highly trained professional staff, having a state of the art facility with the most up-to-date technology that one can have, and having a genuine concern for our patient's time. The patient experience is so much more than just the act of performing surgery. I think we've mastered the ability to prepare the patient for surgery, to perform the procedure itself, and to be responsive to the patient's needs after surgery. A very smart surgeon who I trained under once told me that we don't sweat the details, we obsess about them. And I think that we've made a point to do that. I think that is what sets us apart from other practices.
